Incredible Design of Hands and Feet with Prof. Stuart Burgess
Professor of Engineering Design at the University of Bristol and adjunct professor at Liberty University USA.
Stuart Burgess has published over 200 scientific papers on design and biomechanics. He has led the design of the chain drive for the British Olympic Cycling Team for the last three Olympics and exhibited this work at the Royal Society. He has received many academic awards including: (i) the Clayton Prize 2019 (the top mechanical engineering prize in the UK); (ii) the Turner’s Gold Medal for spacecraft design; (iii) a Design Council Prize presented by the UK Minister of State for Trade and Industry; and (iv) the Wessex Scientific Medal for work on biomechanics.

Truth4Youth Conference
A Christian youth conference that’s designed for young adults, teenagers and their parents to explore truth and discernment as the Bible teaches. Held in the beautiful Dartmoor National Park (Devon), this will be a very relaxed and encouraging time for us all with fellowship or family time to explore the stunning local area.

Home-Ed Convention
Our inaugural home education convention. This will be led by Pastor Kevin Berthiaume, from Calvary Chapel Cardiff.
The focus of this convention will be on education and schooling from a Christian perspective, but it is open to non-Christians and to those who do not home-educate.

The book, the man and the place
Dr Jay Smith is an international speaker on the topic of Islam. Join us as he critiques Islam, showing how the latest discoveries in archaeology and ancient manuscripts. Jay's presentations will challenge the very foundation of the muslim faith in regard to the Quran, the life of Mohammed and the founding of Mecca.

Family fun day
This year's family fun day will be held in Bere Regis scout hut on Saturday 9th July, from midday until 4pm. The event is open to all and will include a variety of activities including; barbecue, bouncy castle, live music, refreshments, soft play, face painting, competitions & prizes as well as garden games such as beat the goalie.
This is all being provided for no charge.
